Your Responsibilities In This Role

Own and deliver assigned stories and tasks
Ensure high-quality development with clean CI/CD pipelines and over 90% test coverage
Translate business requirements into scalable application architectures
Assess feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions; collaborate with business and product teams
Manage and resolve production issues proactively
Assist in building and integrating AI/ML-powered features into applications using AWS AI services under guidance from senior team members.
Use AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day coding tasks to improve productivity and code quality.
Support the team in implementing AI-driven capabilities such as personalization, NLP, or recommendation features.
Build sustainable and accessibility-compliant solutions
Address and prevent long-term technical debt
Analyze and implement performance, stability, reliability, and architectural improvements
Research and develop proof-of-concepts and cutting-edge customer interaction ideas




Propose alternative technical solutions and provide effort estimates for recent workstreams
Foster a learning culture by sharing best practices and lessons learned

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
Proficient in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks
Experience in Angular or other front-end frameworks such as React.js or similar technologies is required.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns (MVC, Singleton, Facade, Factory, MVVM)
Skilled in Java/Kotlin, Eclipse, JPA, JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful API/microservices development
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to software applications.
Exposure to or coursework involving AWS A
