We are looking for a Purchase Trainee to join our team in Mumbai. This is an internship position suitable for candidates with little to no experience. The role allows you to work from home while gaining valuable insights into the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Purchase Orders: Help in creating and managing purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Supplier Research: Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and gather information about pricing and product quality to aid in decision-making.
Inventory Management: Support the team in tracking inventory levels and assessing stock needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Data Entry: Accurately enter purchase-related data into the system to maintain up-to-date records that aid in productive purchasing decisions.
Communication: Engage with suppliers and internal teams to address inquiries, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth communication regarding purchase matters.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have robust communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with suppliers and team members. A basic understanding of procurement processes is beneficial but not necessary, as training will be provided. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will help in managing data efficiently. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn will be essential for success in this role.
