Job Responsibilities
Design UAV airframes, structural parts, assemblies and payload mounts.
Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Work on fixed-wing, VTOL and multirotor UAV platforms.
Perform GD&T;, tolerance analysis, DFM and DFA.
Support prototype development, assembly, testing and design modifications.
Coordinate with CNC, composites, sheet-metal and 3D-printing teams.
Maintain BOMs, drawings and design revisions.

Required Skills
3–5 years of CAD design experience in drone, aerospace or defence industry.
Proficiency in SolidWorks / CATIA / Creo / Siemens NX / AutoCAD.




Solid knowledge of 3D modelling, assemblies, GD&T;, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Experience with aluminium, carbon-fibre composites, plastics and sheet-metal components.
Understanding of UAV structures, weight distribution and component packaging.

QualificationB.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical or related engineering discipline. Candidates with hands-on experience in UAV airframe design, composites, payload integration and aerospace product development will be preferred.
