COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Vyral Media (A venture of Spring Brand Solutions) is a marketing and brand communications company focused on Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Creative campaigns. Spring Brand Solutions values creativity, collaboration, and client-centric thinking in all projects.

POSITION:

Client Serviing Executive with minimum 1 year of relevant experinece.

SALARY:

Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 per month depending on the skills and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Be the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication

Assist with Influencer research, outreach and collaborations

Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit briefs for the creative team

Coordinate with creative teams, assist with shoots and campaigns to ensure projects move smoothly





Create and manage content calendars, timelines and deliverables

Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure work is delivered on time
Proactively identify gaps, delays or issues and find solutions before they become problems

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who is organised, proactive, a positive communicator and can comfortably juggle multiple clients and projects at once. You should be able to take ownership of your work, follow through on tasks and keep both the client and internal team aligned.

LOCATION:

Mumbai (In office only). We work 5 days a week with one additional WFH day mid-week.
