Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Continuously improve application performance and user experience through iterative testing and feedback.
Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Time Tracking.
Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Experience in integrating applications with existing business processes and systems.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
