As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Mentor junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and timelines.
Facilitate effective communication channels within and between teams to enhance collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Unix Desktop Management, PostgreSQL, Python (Programming Language), Perl Scripts.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Python (Programming Language), Perl Scripts.
Strong knowledge of operating system settings and desktop management tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
Experience in scripting and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Familiarity with software configuration and deployment processes.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux/Unix Desktop Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
