Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with contemporary software development frameworks and tools.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and productive code.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
