Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
Solid knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Ability to configure and customize cloud-based communication solutions.
Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and APIs.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
