Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions.
Develop POCs and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate capabilities of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Develop conversational assistants and Generative AI solutions from scratch and enhance existing solutions.
Create bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language to generate topics, trigger phrases, and responses.
Develop Copilot plugins and connectors for Copilot extensibility.
Automate business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of overall IT experience.
Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as:
Azure
Power Platform
Dynamics 365
Microsoft 365
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks, including:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
OpenAI




Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile setting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Robust Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents experience, including creating and managing:
Bots
Topics
Actions
Variables
Plugins
Analytics
Chat models
Natural-language generation
Custom AI solutions for Microsoft Copilot applications
Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure Integration Services or API Management platforms.
Experience with other conversational AI platforms; Microsoft Bot Framework experience is an advantage.
Knowledge/experience in:
Azure AI Foundry
Prompt Engineering
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
