About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement mainframe applications.
Maintain and enhance existing mainframe systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mainframe applications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field.
Proven experience in mainframe development.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
Experience with mainframe tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of modern programming languages.
Experience with cloud technologies.

Pay range and compensation package The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
