About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies across political campaigns, public affairs, and high-impact political initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid writing, research, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of politics, media, and public discourse.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop communication strategies, narratives, and messaging for political campaigns and initiatives.
Draft speeches, talking points, briefs, press notes, statements, articles, and other communication material.
Conduct research on political, social, economic, and current affairs topics.
Monitor news, media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging political narratives.
Work closely with strategy, research, creative, digital, and media teams.
Support media engagement and external communication initiatives.
Translate complex political issues into transparent, compelling, and audience-focused communication.
Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all communication outputs.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Political Consulting, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
Positive understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, media, and public discourse.
Solid stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
