As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to evolving operational needs and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational goals and service delivery standards.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
Experience with secure file transfer protocols and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ability to manage and automate workflows related to file transfer processes.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems to maintain service availability.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
