Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to architect and build scalable, production-ready systems powering the next generation of agentic platforms and AI-driven enterprise solutions.

You will work across the complete technology stack—from Java/Spring Boot backend services and distributed workflows to React.js/TypeScript frontends—while integrating contemporary GenAI capabilities such as LLM agents, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale end-to-end full-stack applications.
Architect backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Develop high-quality frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Integrate LLM agents, RAG, vector databases, and AI workflows.
Own API architecture and integrations with enterprise/third-party systems.
Drive performance, reliability, observability, and security.
Implement clean coding practices,



testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Contribute to platform-level architecture and technical decisions.
Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering standards.

Required Skills
9+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Robust hands-on expertise in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices.
Strong React.js + TypeScript experience.
Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or equivalent.
Solid frontend architecture and performance optimization skills.
Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience working in a startup environment – mandatory.
Exposure to GenAI/LLM, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
