As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting application features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality, while collaborating with different teams to deliver seamless application experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application processes.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Solid understanding of application configuration and support processes.
Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance monitoring tools.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
