About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing

SaaS organization. This entry-level role is ideal for an MBA graduate who is eager to build a career in project management, client coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration.

You will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring SaaS implementation and delivery projects.

What you’ll be doing
Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and maintaining project trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Support, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Help manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, project reports, and client updates.
Gather and analyze project-related data for reporting and decision-making.




Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards.
Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for SaaS customers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

What we expect from you
Fresher to 1 Year of Experience. MBA (Any specialization; preferred: Operations, IT, Business Analytics, or Project Management).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or software implementation (added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
