Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute ELV projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Supervise ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
Manage site technicians and subcontractors and allocate daily activities.
Ensure installation is carried out as per quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and site documentation.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at the project site.
Identify technical issues at site and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Conduct testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
Ensure proper handover and completion documentation after project completion.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
