Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote SPS STAINLESS products and services. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing quotations and proposals, supporting negotiations, and following up to close deals.

The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining product and market knowledge,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction. The specialist will prepare regular sales reports, participate in industry events, and provide feedback to help refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills and the ability to present technical product information clearly.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales targets, guide team members, and contribute to process improvements.
Relevant experience in industrial products, metals, construction, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
