Role: Engineering Lead, Finance (AI Tools)

Position Type: Full time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term (with a possibility of contract to hire)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - 1x day onsite in Bangalore or Chennai

Seeking a senior, hands-on Engineering Lead to own technical direction and delivery of AI-powered applications across the enterprise. The role combines technical leadership, full-stack engineering, GenAI, AWS, data, and enterprise integrations.

Must Have:
Senior-level engineering leadership / technical direction experience
Solid Python + JavaScript/TypeScript
React + FastAPI/Flask/Node.js
Hands-on LLM, RAG, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering
Strong AWS experience
Robust SQL and large-data experience
Oracle Fusion experience – MUST
API/system architecture and production application experience
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have: Vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, Databricks/Spark, MLOps/LLMOps.
