Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience, including extensive hands-on experience implementing and integrating ALM solutions in complex environments.
Deep expertise in Siemens Polarion administration and configuration; Polarion certification is a plus.
Proven experience with Polarion-PLM integration.
Robust command of Polarion project template configuration and multi-project governance.
Demonstrated experience implementing complex, business-critical dashboards and reporting solutions.
Extensive experience with Polarion administration tasks related to process management.
Proven track record integrating engineering tools and building CI/CD pipelines.
Robust familiarity with ALM infrastructure setup, sizing, and configuration.
Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for customization and scripting within ALM tools.
