We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, provide information about products or services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Convert leads into sales where applicable.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.




Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
Prepare daily call and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
Good verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English and/or the required regional language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or BPO is an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
