The role ensures system stability, rapid incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production platforms.This position operates within a 24x7 support model and collaborates with development, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and external vendors.Key Responsibilities Production Incident Mana- gementAct as Level 2/3 escalation point for high-severity (P1/P2) inci- dents.Lead triage calls and drive resolution withi- n SLA.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure l- ayers.Own post-incident RCA documentation and preventive actionplans.
