NPosition - Net App Storage Engineers - Level 2 / Level 3 who must be experienced with NetApp Storage -based technologies No You will provide Level2 / Level 3 support to our customers by responding to Incidents, working on Service Requests, Problem. Management, Infrastructure Improvements and planning and performing NetApp Ontap upgrades. No Experience in supporting diverse clientele is essential as is a strong understanding of NetApp storage-based technologies. N· Education: Graduate,



preferably engineering graduate degree NNetApp Certification would be an added advantage NITIL Fundamentals certification (desirable). N.
