A2Z Accounting Solutions (a2zaccounting.Co.Uk) is a UK Chartered Certified Accountancy (ACCA) firm supporting UK limited-company clients. We are hiring a mid-level Accountant for our bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts team, to develop into a senior role.Minimum 3 years UK practice experience is essential, including hands-on management accounts experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to senior: you will run client work, prepare and interpret management accounts, and guide UK business owners on what their numbers mean.What you will do● Run bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts for a portfolio of UK clients● Prepare and review VAT returns (MTD, flat rate, partial exemption, reconciliations)● Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts with clear commentary● Talk to clients, answer queries, and guide them on their numbers, not just report them● Grow into a senior role over time: reviewing work and mentoring junior team membersYou must have● Minimum 3 years UK practice experience in bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts.
