NnFunction : Finance NReporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) NExperience 7–12 years NQualification CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred NnRole Purpose NOwn and strengthen Cyfuture's end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled financial transactions, strong working-capital discipline and reliable financial processes that can scale with the business. NnKeyResponsibilities Nn Own day-to-day finance operations covering receivables, payables, invoicing, collections, payments and reconciliations. N Drive timely monthly financial closure in coordination with the accounting team. N Monitor customercollections, ageing and overdue receivables and work closely with business teams for resolution. N Manage vendor payments,ageing and paymentprioritisation. N Ensure timely bank, customer,vendor and inter-company reconciliations. N Establish and strengthen finance SOPs, approval matrices, maker-checker controls and process documentation. N Improve finance processes through automation, standardisation and system-driven workflows. N Maintain strong controlover cash movements, payment processes and banking operations. N Prepare regular FinanceOperations, Receivables,



Payables and Working Capital MIS for the CFO. N Support the CFO in banking, working-capital facilities, BGs, debt servicing and liquidity management as required. N Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR and other functions to ensure smooth financial operations. N Identify processgaps, control weaknessesand opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time. NnnKey Outcomes / KPIs Nn Faster and cleaner monthly financialclosure.
