Having expertise in the target cloud-native tools is crucial, and this role may focus on a specific native cloud platform like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.Roles & Responsibilities:-Manage and guide a team of engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.-Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.-Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.-Act as the primary point of contact for technical and delivery matters, liaising with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Promote best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.-Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews,
