Position

Medical Coding Trainee / Medical Coder – Fresher

Eligibility

- BSc / MSc Zoology graduates
- Freshers are welcome
- Medical coding training Candidates with good interest in healthcare and medical terminology can apply

Job Responsibilities

- Review medical records, clinical documentation, and patient information
- Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Ensure accurate and compliant coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Follow client-specific coding guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
- Identify documentation gaps and seek clarification when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of Biology and Zoology concepts
- Basic understanding of Human Anatomy & Physiology
- Positive knowledge of medical terminology




- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and logical skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good English communication and comprehension
- Willingness to learn medical coding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidates

Zoology graduates who are interested in starting a career in Healthcare IT / Medical Coding.
