Designation - Lead Associate

Shifts- US shifts (Night shifts)

Total Work Experience (in years) - 3-4 Years

Educational Qualification - Accounting Degree / Commerce Graduate MBA (Finance) CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)

1. Domain Experience -2 to 4 years of experience preferable in Payroll Domain.
2. Working knowledge on R12/SAP preferable.
3. Good knowledge of excel4. Positive accounting knowledge5. Gross to Pay calculation, audit and balancing.

- Roles and Responsibilities :-Processing Payroll Inputs
- Employee Data management
- Payroll processing
- Call or email customer for queries.
- Working on Payroll reports
- Assist in production during Business requirement
- Review the Payroll
- Knowledge of payroll cycle and compliances.
- Language Capability -English
- Spoken Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
- Written Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
