Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure all items are delivered in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
- Keep your delivery bag and t-shirt in good condition.
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
- Adhere to Swiggy's policies and operational procedures.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Assist in any other tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Must have a valid bike and driving license.
- Required documents: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, and Bank Passbook.
- Initial payment of Rs. 269 for the delivery bag and t-shirt, payable during the application process.
- Must have completed at least the 10th grade.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a delivery role.
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good knowledge of local routes in Patna, Bihar.
