Project Description:

Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project

Responsibilities:

1. Application & Workflow Development

- Design, develop, and deploy applications, workflows, forms, and business rules using Open Text App Works.
- Build and maintain case management solutions and low code applications.
- Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes.

1. Integration

- Integrate App Works applications with external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Connect App Works solutions with Content Server, directory services (OTDS/LDAP/AD), and other Open Text products.

1. Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of App Works applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure application stability.
- Support deployment of releases, patches, and hotfixes.

1. Collaboration & Documentation





- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.

1. Reporting & Dashboarding

- Build dashboards, reports, and data analytics interfaces for case and workflow insights.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Technical Skills

- 2–5+ years of hands-on Open Text App Works development experience
- Strong knowledge of:

o BPM and workflow design

o Case management

o App Works entities, data models, and form builders

o Integration via SOAP/REST APIs

o Java Script, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL

o Core Java

- Familiarity with:

o Open Text Content Server

o OTDS (Directory Services)

Soft Skills

- Robust problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Education

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
