Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze business data.

- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

- Identify trends and patterns that can support business decisions.

- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.

- Perform data cleanup and quality checks.

- Use Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-analysis tools.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.





- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

- Excellent organization and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Reliable internet connection.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
