- Develop 2D structural and civil drawings using AutoCAD for oil & gas projects
- Prepare detailed drawings including:
- General Arrangement (GA) drawings
- Foundations (equipment, pipe racks, tanks)
- Structural steel detailing
- Reinforced concrete (RCC) detailing
- Interpret design inputs from engineers and convert them into accurate drawings
- Coordinate with structural engineers, piping, mechanical, and electrical teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IS, ACI, ASTM, API codes
- Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control
- Support material take -offs and estimation activities
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in civil/structural drafting (preferably in oil & gas)
- Robust expertise in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Good understanding of structural systems (steel & RCC)
- Experience in industrial projects such as refineries, petrochemical plants, or LNG facilities
