- Structural Design: Develop detailed structural designs for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.- Analysis and Calculations: Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.- Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and standards to ensure designs comply with all relevant requirements.- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction teams.- Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials for construction based on structural requirements and cost considerations.- Quality Assurance:



Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Site checking/inspection/approvals regarding concrete mix.- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design issues and challenges during the construction phase.- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, calculations, and revisions.Qualifications:- Master's degree in Structural Engineering.- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in structural design and analysis.- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g. ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective Communication skills along with positive site interaction and knowledge
