Role & responsibilities
- Manage contractor/client billing (RA bills, BOQ, measurements)
- Ensure site quality as per drawings & standards
- Conduct physical work done, Quality and Safety inspections & highlight deviations
- Track progress vs billing milestones
- Maintain billing & quality documentation
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Civil Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech).
- Candidates from Kolkata location will be highly preferred.
- Experience in real estate projects.
- Knowledge of billing, BOQ, QA/QC.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel.
