About the Role: We are looking for an energetic Tele-Caller & Sales Support Executive to drive lead generation for health insurance products. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, qualifying prospects, and providing coordination support to the field sales team to convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases to generate interest in health insurance products.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements over the call and qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and need.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments/call-backs for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Database Management: Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and customer information accurately in the system/CRM.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups, documentation, and timely closure of leads.
- Inbound Query Handling:
Address inbound customer queries related to health insurance products and route them appropriately.
- Target Achievement: Achieve daily/monthly call and lead conversion targets as defined by management.
- Reporting: Share regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status with the reporting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in BPO, tele-calling, or similar roles; experience in financial products/BFSI is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products is an advantage.
- Pleasant telephone manner with solid persuasion and listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with CRM/calling tools.
