Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the sales of Compressors & Accessories to OEMs, customers & distributors in East . East Region covers West Bengal , North East all states , Bihar , Chhattisgarh, Orissa .

Responsible for Technical & Application support to customers

Responsible to Collect outstanding payments

Responsible for Market analysis on upcoming projects and understanding the pros & cons of the market suitability for the product

Coordination with customers whose compressors are with Green Point for repair

Timely response to customers and resolution of client queries, with customer retention

Responsible for Corporate presentations for clients as well as for Management

Regularly review the competitive scenario in the local market and be hands-on on opportunities and threats; seek proactive approach to capitalize on such instances and Report to HQ.





Timely identification and action of risks to avoid them turning into issues

Work to gather insights to develop solution based services/new product lines to optimize on the business opportunities and contribute to future growth potential

Develop and maintain intimate, yet professional, relationship with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 7-15 years of experience in the Refrigeration, Cold chain industry

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.

Robust understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, and HVAC applications.

Experience in handling OEMs, distributors, consultants, and industrial customers is preferred.
