JAIS INTERIO PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Interior Projects

Location: PS QUBE, New Town, Kolkata

Experience: 1 - 1.5 Years Preferred

Salary: As per experience & skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle incoming leads and enquiries for interior design projects

* Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

* Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project details

* Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain lead records

* Convert enquiries into meetings, site visits, and confirmed projects

* Coordinate with the design and project team for client requirements

* Schedule client meetings and site visits

* Prepare and share company profiles, project details, and basic service information with clients

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

* Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets

* Generate current leads through various sales and marketing activities





* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* 11.5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, or Lead Handling

* Experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate / Furniture will be an advantage

* Excellent communication and convincing skills

* Good knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and basic computer applications

* Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability

* Confident in communicating with clients and understanding their requirements

* Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

* Good negotiation and client relationship management skills

* Presentable, professional, and responsible

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required
