- Manage a team of claims executives who process health insurance claims and monitor their productivity
- Making sure Turnaround Time is maintained for both cashless and reimbursement claims
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI norms & Company SOPs
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching for the team
- Coordinate with Medical Adjudication team for smooth claim processing
- Responsible for supervisor audit of commercial adjudicators.
Job Requirements :
- 7-8 years of experience in health claims team handling is required
- Solid knowledge of claims adjudication, handling, management, processing, and team handling skills.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency improvements.
