Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and at least 4 years of team-handling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage client-facing responsibilities in a UK-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of processes.

Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Monitor team productivity, quality, and process performance.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions using SAP.

Review reports, reconciliations, and financial data for accuracy.





Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as a key point of contact for clients and manage regular client communications.

Resolve process-related issues and escalate critical matters appropriately.

Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to management and clients.

Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of total experience in Finance & Accounting / Finance Operations.

4+ years of team-handling experience.

B.Com graduate only.

Robust hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage teams and deliver results within strict timelines.

Comfortable working in UK shifts.
