The Senior Research associate in research development will be responsible for carrying out lab experimentation following safety guidelines for process improvement, cost reduction, plant support other continuous improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Research and Optimization: Robust understanding of multi-step organic synthesis with hands-on exposure to aromatic, aliphatic, and heterocyclic chemistry.
- Basic capability in literature search and route scouting to support process development activities.
- Experience in reaction execution at gram scale with understanding of scale-up considerations.
