Responsibilities

- Key Responsibility:
- Ensure cost effective non-infringing route selection, process development of existing and current product. Carry out feasibility, optimization studies, process validation in lab and tech-pack transfer.
- Designing and conducting experiments involving all types of Organic reactions, characterizing reaction products, and optimizing process conditions.
- Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
- LeadRD projectsfrom concept to execution, includingplanning, experimentation, data analysis, andreporting
