Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RD Chemist with expertise in Organic Synthesis to support research, process development, and troubleshooting activities. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, performing literature and patent searches, supporting plant operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in chlorination and related reaction chemistries, hazardous chemical handling, and analytical data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scientific literature, patent, journal, and SciFinder searches to support research projects and process development activities.
- Design, execute,



and document laboratory experiments in accordance with established protocols and project objectives.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for organic compounds through laboratory-scale experimentation.
- Maintain accurate experimental records and prepare technical reports for internal review.
