WALK IN DRIVE - HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition & Operations

Key Focus

The HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition & Operations will support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations and Talent Acquisition activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, HR records, recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing and screening, employee engagement and other HR activities. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to ensure timely completion and accurate maintenance of routine HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Support the HR team in day-to-day employee onboarding and joining formalities.

2. Assist in collecting, verifying and maintaining employee documents and HR records.

3. Support preparation and maintenance of HR letters, employee files and other HR documentation.

4. Assist with attendance, leave records and payroll-related inputs.

5. Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, profile screening,



interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.

6. Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and recruitment-related requirements.

7. Assist in maintaining recruitment and HR Operations trackers and employee databases.

8. Support employee exit formalities, clearance coordination and separation documentation.

9. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives. 10. Perform other day-to-day HR Operations and recruitment activities as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates pursuing MBA may also apply.
- Prior internship exposure in HR Operations/ Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Candidates based in Noida or nearby locations preferred.
