Digital Web Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Podcast Outreach & Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our podcast's reach by identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber guests. You will be responsible for the entire guest acquisition lifecycle, from initial research and personalized outreach to final booking and coordination.

This is not a high-volume, templated role. We are looking for an individual who excels at building genuine connections and transforming cold prospects into enthusiastic podcast participants. Responsibilities

Independently manage the podcast guest acquisition process from prospect research to confirmed recording.




Conduct thorough research on potential podcast guests using LinkedIn, company websites, articles, and other public sources.
Understand each prospect's background, expertise, and current skilled context.
Identify meaningful commonalities and authentic conversation bridges between prospects and the podcast host.
Craft concise, personalized, and conversational outreach messages via email and LinkedIn, avoiding generic templates.
Develop and implement context-led follow-up strategies to re-engage prospects.
Effectively handle various responses, including positive replies, soft interest, objections, and requests for more information.
Introduce the podcast and its value proposition appropriately once rapport and relevance are established.
Coordinate scheduling, booking links, and time zones to secure guest recordings.
Manage rescheduling requests and at-risk bookings to ensure successful guest participation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline status for all active conversations.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination until the guest recording is successfully completed.
