Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial leasing transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely execution of deals.
- Identify potential tenants and properties for lease-up opportunities, conducting market research and analyzing financial data.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee the entire leasing process, including negotiations, documentation, and follow-up on rent collection.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field (commercial leasing).
- Solid understanding of local market trends, zoning regulations, and property laws.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
