Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
- Manage manpower handling, scheduling, and training to optimize productivity on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production planning, quality control) to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in assembly line or similar role in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of assembly production processes and procedures.
- Excellent shop floor management skills, including manpower handling and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
