Domain: Telecommunications
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview telecom professionals for US-based clients.
Work on roles such as Network Engineers, RF Engineers, OSP Engineers, Telecom Project Managers, and Field Technicians.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and account teams to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely submissions and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Required Skills:
Experience in US Staffing recruitment.
Exposure to Telecom/Telecommunications hiring.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
