We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle blue-collar hiring for our manufacturing units. The person should be practical, energetic and comfortable hiring workers such as helpers, machine operators, carpenters, fabricators, welders, painters, electricians, packing staff, dispatch staff and other factory workers.

This role requires strong field hiring ability, good follow-up, worker coordination and the ability to close vacancies quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire blue-collar workers for factory and production roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, local vendors, WhatsApp groups, field visits and walk-ins.
- Coordinate interviews and trials with production managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of workers for urgent hiring needs.
- Handle joining formalities, documents, attendance setup and employee records.
- Coordinate with factory teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Reduce dropouts and improve joining conversion.




- Maintain daily hiring tracker and report status to HR/head office.
- Support onboarding and basic employee coordination after joining.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in blue-collar hiring or factory manpower recruitment.
- Experience hiring factory workers, helpers, operators, carpenters, welders, fabricators, painters, electricians or similar roles.
- Solid sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with workers and factory teams.
- Ability to close urgent requirements quickly.
- Basic knowledge of employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.

Preferred Industries

Manufacturing, furniture, fixtures, printing, packaging, garments, auto components, fabrication, warehouse, logistics or manpower staffing.
