We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 25 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, integrations, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Write optimized and bulkified Apex code following Salesforce best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.




- Work with deployment tools such as Salesforce Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other developers to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.

Required Skills

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Robust knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and security/access controls.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and web services.
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and bulkification.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
- Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
