Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Tech Consultant - QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for enterprise applications. They will have strong expertise in functional, regression, API, and UI automation testing using modern automation tools and frameworks. The role involves collaborating with development, business, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through continuous testing and automation.

Day to Day Job Duties

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Perform defect analysis, root cause identification, and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation utilities and test data management processes.
- Execute API testing using REST-based services and validate backend integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, test planning, sprint ceremonies,



and release activities.
- Monitor test execution, prepare test reports, and recommend quality improvements.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- 4+ years of experience in Java, C#, or Python for automation framework development.
- 3+ years of experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- 3+ years of experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Nice to Have

- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for backend validation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools such as qTest, TestRail, or ALM.
- ISTQB certification or other software testing certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
