Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: 18,00,000 to 26,00,000 base salary, based on experience, plus performance bonus
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
About XpertDox
XpertDox is a healthcare technology company that uses AI and data analytics to improve healthcare efficiency. Our flagship platform, XpertCoding, is an autonomous medical coding platform that uses neural networks, machine learning, and natural language processing to automate medical coding, risk adjustment, clinical documentation improvement, and clinical care improvement.
As XpertDox grows following its Series A, we are expanding the marketing team behind the inbound engine that has powered the companys growth.
The Prospect
The Digital Marketing Manager owns the XpertDox website, search visibility, and analytics, and is accountable for turning visitors into demo requests. Inbound marketing has generated the company’s entire client base, and our own analysis shows the constraint is no longer traffic: it is what happens once a visitor lands. Our highest-traffic months have produced no leads while lower-traffic months have produced all of them.
This is a builder’s role, not an advisory one. The person in this seat personally builds and edits pages, ships landing pages for every campaign, restructures layouts based on behavioral data, and owns search visibility and analytics. Recommendations handed to someone else to implement are not the job; the work is the job.
The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and works alongside the Content Marketing Manager, the US marketing team, and the company’s design vendor.
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership and Conversion
- Own the XpertDox website: build, edit, and publish pages, and maintain site structure, speed, and technical health.
- Raise the rate at which visitors become demo requests:
move forms and high-value assets above the fold, convert static page elements into active links, and remove friction from conversion paths.
- Build dedicated landing pages for every campaign, conference, and content asset, and iterate on them based on behavior.
- Run structured tests on layout, copy placement, and calls to action, and document what was learned.
Search Visibility
- Own technical and on-page SEO: site architecture, indexing, schema, internal linking, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Own keyword strategy for non-branded terms across autonomous medical coding, denial reduction, revenue cycle automation, and related categories, and brief the Content Marketing Manager accordingly.
- Monitor and grow branded and non-branded search performance in Google Search Console.
Analytics and Lead Tracking
- Own GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Search Console: configuration, event and conversion tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate lead source attribution from first touch through the CRM so that inbound leads are traceable to channel and page.
- Diagnose where visitors drop off using behavioral data such as scroll depth, dwell time, and click maps, and act on what the data shows.
Campaign and Email Operations
- Build and send marketing email campaigns and nurture sequences, and report on their performance.
- Support marketing operations and reporting for the wider marketing team, including the US marketing function.
Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate with the design vendor for page creatives and campaign assets.
- Challenge existing website and channel strategy with evidence and propose alternatives.
- Author a 90-day plan within the first two weeks of employment and present progress in a quarterly review with the VP of Marketing.
Preferred Background
The strongest candidates will be hands-on builders who can show, with before and after numbers, that they raised conversion on a site they personally owned. Preferred qualifications include:
- Six or more years in website management, SEO, growth, or digital marketing, with at least three years personally building and editing pages rather than directing others to do so.
- A demonstrable record of improving conversion rate on a website, with the numbers and the changes that produced them.
- Hands-on ownership of a marketing website end to end, including CMS administration, page building, and technical health.
- Deep working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and behavioral analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
- Strong technical SEO capability: crawling and indexing, schema, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking.
- Experience building landing pages for campaigns and running structured tests on them.
- Experience marketing to a US audience, ideally in healthcare, revenue cycle, health IT, or B2B SaaS.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and comfort with basic scripting or no-code tooling to ship changes without waiting on engineering.
- Experience with marketing email platforms and CRM lead attribution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of 18,00,000 to 26,00,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus.
- Health insurance, provident fund, and leave per XIPL policy.
